Our company is made up of senior industry professionals - who have built their skills across a number of tourism, hospitality, airline and travel related companies. This core base of knowledge and industry relationships we utilise to ensure that our clients are optimising every available opportunity to increase occupancy, rates and yield.
At all times we work directly as an extension to the clients hotel team - providing weekly planning, implementation of programs and two-way feedback. With offices in Sydney - Hemisphere can provide tailor made solutions to cover all aspects of hotel, resort and apartment sales and marketing. Our relationships are multi tiered in that we will appoint your hotel with an account manager and you will have access and support across our entire team in the various elements of account management, e-commerce, rates and distribution.
Hemisphere bridge the knowledge gap through 100 years of experience and relationships in the industry. All of our clients have a national sales team working for them - which in the past was limited to the hotel chains - we can make a difference to your property.

Jeannie Armstrong - Managing Director
With a combination of years of 35 years of tourism and retail industry sales and marketing experience Jeannie brings on board an array of strategic and tactical skills to greatly assist hotels and resorts. Originally with Laura Ashley in the United Kingdom, Jeannie was instrumental in launching their successful home lifestyle interiors concept stores. On arriving in Australia she moved to the tourism and events sector, first with Sydney Aquarium and then as the Sales & Marketing Director for companies operating on Sydney Harbour such as, Magistic Cruises and Sydney Showboats.
Jeannie previous roles have included; Group Director of Sales & Marketing for Rendezvous Hotels International, gaining valuable experience in managing revenue generation and hotel openings for a progressive Asia Pacific hotel group and Director of Sales & Marketing for Select Hotels and Resorts International, a boutique collection of independently owned and operated Hotels and Lodges.
Jeannie is a Company Director of Hemisphere Hospitality Solutions and is hands on with the Hemisphere clients, developing their strategies across all market segments and providing sales representation. Over the past twenty plus years she has assisted many businesses with pre-opening strategies to ensure successful first year occupancies as well as providing on-going strategies to increase revenue, improve market share and develop new markets.

Welsby Mather - National Revenue Manager
Welsby found his passion in hotels through specialising in the Front Office operations of pre-openings and being part of pioneering teams, such as NEXT Hotels Brisbane and launching some of the most vibrant, luxurious and innovative hotel concepts in the country.
After reaching the number one position on Tripadvisor in Sydney at Ovolo Woolloomooloo, he was thriving for a new challenge and joined Australia's largest and premiere operator of residential villages and holiday parks. He had a mission of bringing hotel concepts to this industry and optimising the lifestyle across 12 holiday parks and for over 10,000 homeowners across the country. In his first year with the company, he gained national recognition at the 2018 CCIA industry awards (Caravan & Camping Industry Association NSW) as employee of the year.
As an avid traveller who has traversed the globe, Welsby finds great joy in discovering new places and immersing himself in accommodation that is authentic to the destination and culture of each place he visits.
With a strong ability to identify, analyse and evolve with trends, Welsby's results in revenue management are supported by his foundations in customer engagement and operational leadership, bringing together a bigger picture viewpoint in revenue strategies for Pub Rooms members.

Corey Seaton - Associate Revenue Manager
Over the course of his career, Corey has undertaken various roles within the hospitality industry, dedicating the past decade to working as the Reservations and Revenue Manager for Fitzroy Island Resort an independent hotel close to Cairns.
Corey's background has been primarily working within the reservations teams for hotels in Far North Queensland, his focus on revenue management began during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when properties faced the challenging task of balancing guest satisfaction with the imperative to generate profits. He skilfully navigated the market during this period, resulting in his property achieving some of its most impressive revenue outcomes, both pre and post-COVID.
Drawing upon this invaluable experience, Corey now eagerly anticipates the opportunity to collaborate with pubs throughout Australia, helping them enhance their revenue growth.

Céline de Bridiers - Revenue Manager
Celine had the opportunity to experience Revenue Management in different sectors such as hospitality and advertising. In her previous role, she was working for Accor and handled a portfolio of several properties from economic to premium brands. Her mission was to define, monitor, analyse and adapt revenue management strategies to optimise performance and grow market share. She really enjoys building trusting relationships with general managers and working as a team to achieve common goals.
Celine is driven by a love for continuous learning and keen on tackling new challenges. Outside work, she finds joy in exploring different cultures through travel and that is why she has decided to come to Australia.

Garry Bryant - Administration Manager
Garry has over 45 years experience in airline, wholesale and inbound markets. Roles have included sales, operations, contracting and database. Having always enjoyed travel from a young age it always felt ‘just right’ to be working in the Travel and Tourism industry. Outside work he enjoys Tenpin bowling, cycling and is a long-time member of the Sydney Swans AFL Club.
